Horrible. It was supposed to take 58min. I spent over 2.5 hours and NEVER got my NM state taxes done. You do not include any provision for including a VERY IMPORTANT FORM (NM PIT-RC) in doing the stt taxes. This makes your state tax prep WORTHLESS!!!! I now have to do that by hand!!!! The old fashioned way!!!! Also, your refund fees and refund methods are horrible. You never offer direct deposit until your method was REJECTED.

Decent and easy method to self-file taxes. However, there are lot of hidden fees and sales "traps" through the process. Many times where you think you have to pay for something that you do not need. Be careful and read everything well. Do not be mislead by the tricks and traps.

I've used intuit turbo tax free service for 20 years, but this year because I had a health savings account of $250 they said I can't use free anymore and have to pay $49. So I agree to pay $49 and when I go to checkout, now they say oh that was just for federal, you have to pay another $39 for state.

Deceptive tactics to get people to pay for things that are not necessary and are free on other sites. Like the early deposit. You didn't give an option for the standard deposit until i declined. That was misleading. Over it, next year I'm filing with someone else. Also, I feel like federal should have been free but I couldn't figure it out.

TurboTax is my go to tax filing company. I can complete my returns by my self and they do offer helpful AI assistance to guide me with different sections that I do not understand. I believe I become more knowledgeable every year using TurboTax and my tax return is in my hands.

Company says its free and then waits until you have gone through over 30 minutes of paperwork to tell you have to upgrade to the middle selection, and dont believe it when it says its 40 dollars, cause its 157. Extremely displeased to see that Turbo Tax is still using their predatory features.
