This is an extremely easy-to-use program that I have used for almost 20 years. I have always received the maximum amount possible, and I have never spent more than 45 minutes doing my taxes each year.

All though I have been using Turbo Tax for years, I can't understand that I am charged? It says file for free but I always end up paying $89 every single year. Free is supposed to be free. Can someone please give me an explanation for this?

I always choose the option to do my taxes myself. Turbo still offers guidance along the way and I don't feel confused when I'm finished. I will always use TurboTax!

This year was a little bit of a chore for so many reasons, thought it was free, NOT!! glitches in the NY taxes. C'mon turbo tax used you for years ,but i think not next year!
