I've been using TurboTax forever. I'm very happy with it and have had little if any issues with the program. I have questions about taxes, but normally I can find the answers over on the right !! :-)

Way too many add-on charges! It's ridiculous that I can't pay with my refund or deposit it without having to spend extra money. Might just become a tax expert and file by mail next year. Really disappointed in TurboTax this year.

I have been using Turboxtax since the start of me doing taxes but I feel like every year they add more and more charges. Definitely not happy and will probably move on to another site.

I have used TurboTax for at least 15 years, and it is so user-friendly. I also have peace of mind that my taxes are done correctly. I would recommend TurboTax to anyone!

turbo tax changed this year. my return was way less than last year. this must be the result of greed by this company to take as much money as possible from hard working Americans as possible because they are just another greedy company.

One item I ran into was leading zeros on EIN. If an EIN on a W2 is only six digits, maybe your software should alert the user or auto correct it. Otherwise, everything was great.

I liked how much turbo tax explains what commonly confusing terminology means and works with your employer to help you submit your taxes more efficiently.

TurboTax charges entirely too much for people who self-prepare their taxes. What should be a simple, affordable process turns into constant upselling and unnecessary fees. If you're doing your own taxes, the pricing feels excessive and unjustified.

So easy to use , accurate and efficient as always I love the “pick up where you left off” feature. And the option to have expert assistance is always a plus. I recommend turbo tax to everyone

Been using for years now. Easy to understand walk through and to go back to areas you are unsure of. Every year has been accurate so far. The price has been fair.
