I've been filing with TurboTax since I was 16, I am now 33. It's easy and fast, but the misleading add-ons and fees are getting majorly out of hand. $200 to transmit taxes is actually insane.

I could not import my W-2s and had to enter everything in manually for some reason, and every year that I have used this I have not been able to enter my Indiana driver's license number. Other than that it is wonderful.

Terrible experience I feel robbed there was nothing wrong with my return but you made an issue just to charge me after I already filed for free I will never use turbo tax again way too stressful and again I wa robbed..

i appreciate everything with Turbo tax, it is all in order step by step. Only thing I don't appreciate is that it has a lot of hidden fees that can add up quickly.

I think it's horrible that you say it's totally free and then you end up paying $140 of my hard-earned money it's ridiculous how much you end up charging for everything
