Turbo Tax was fast and hassle free, I was able to file and not have to worry about any hidden fees. The price was also very good as well. I will be coming back every year to file with turbo tax from now on.

There are a lot of hidden fees this year, like charging additional money to direct deposit. I software is exceptionally easy to use but the hidden fees are starting to add up.

Does a good job telling you what forms and what you need to complete it. The price at the end when you do everything yourself is a little annoying for filing federal and state at the same time, but it beats doing it on paper!

I find it very easily accessible, available, user interactive and friendly. I am able to simply input and add my W-2 and personal user information about income, bank accounts, credit, student grants etc. Compatible. Accurate. Guidance options.

USING TURBO TAX IS STRAIGHT FORWARD AND EASY. I DONT HAVE ANY COMPLEX FILING ISSUES OR FORMS, SO I FINISH IN ABOUT 1 HOUR. TOO EASY AND BETTER THAN OVERPAYING FOR TAX PREPARER. IF YOU ARE FILING A BASIC RETURN, THIS IS THE WAY TO GO.

Overall the Experience was good. There were somethings that were not really clear that should have been, so I had to work through them but once I did, I was able to get my tax returns filed.
