I have been using Turbo Tax online for more than 20 years. Turbo Tax, after all that time, still remains the easiest and most reliable tax service to use.

Very easy to use and helpful. Everything that is offered is well worth the money. I have never had a problem with any return I have ever filed. Very Accurate

Turbo tax was very quick and easy to use. I am very pleased with how easy it was to navigate through. The section that allows you to ask question is very helpful when getting stuck on a question.

I have been using it for years, and I have always trusted the program to work for me and my return. I have not had any issues with Turbotax as opposed to when I have filed in person with a tax service.

I had no trouble filing my taxes. I don't like the fact that it says it's free, but you get charged at the end of it. I should have stayed with Block.

Guidance was very bad. I thought I had a $50 fee but you slid in more charges. I will never use this service again. Somehow it went up to $129.00 You DO NOT explain things very well especially for seniors. What a gyp.

i understand the fees for filing my federal,and state returns,but ti charge $40 just to transmit my infomation is absurd.Probably won't be using this system going forward.

Super easy to navigate!!!! lots of options to chose from. Online specialist if you need them. I have used it every year for years; saves my information to make things easier
