The process is seamless, however the proposed fees and cost are very different than advertised in the beginning. You think its about $40-$49 to file until you are charged for FEDs, STATE and a TurboTax fee.

I tried using TaxAct initially to same some money. I ran into glitches where their system was combining my ex-wife's income with mine. I stopped using TaxAct and moved to TurboTax. Everything ran smoothly.
