I've used turbo tax for about 6yrs and it makes filing taxes mostly painless. I appreciate the ease of use and easy continuation of accounts from year to year

What a mess they made of the product this year. Instead of being able to scroll up an down a page, I either had to scale down the screen or tab through. Not a good look!!

I have used TurboTax for over 15 years. I dislike the online version, compared to the desktop version. It was less user friendly and trying to back up was much more difficult. I like the program, but it's usability could be more improved.

Over all good experience. Needed help with a couple things and expert finally found what we needed to get everything processed. Only reason not a 5 star is because it feels like some hidden fees were added.

Had to get help due to a glitch in reading my W2's. The expert was so patient and helpful and we were able to get it worked out. Made it easy to file taxes from home and not go into a tax preparing with all my docs.

It was ok. I always feel like I'm getting robbed. I wish I knew more about taxes, Well I wish it was easier to find information on how to file and what I need to keep through out the year so I can more easily complete my taxes.

Why do you keep changing the interface, leave it the same every year. This years is much harder to navigate around. Go back to a prior version. Did not ask about estimated tax payments or I missed it.

A good helper with filing. But I was forced to upgrade to the Deluxe in order finalize filing my taxes and had to pay $40 something for it. Kind of ridiculous especially since a lot of us are struggling and can use everything we can get

So easy to use and gave lots of information with questions about information to input! Have used for years and will continue to use for the foreseeable future!
