The Fact that they say 100% free is not accurate. They charge $35 to proceed with direct deposit into my bank rather than opening a credit karma bank account..

We do not appreciate the multiple attempts to change fees and add services. This is confusing. Please stop doing this. I am going to look for a service that is more user friendly next year.

TurboTax helps with explaining the tax deductions to you. I have not spoken with a live person but heard from friends and family that the live person goes more in deep with the deductions.

While the application is easy to use and works well, my rating is based on the number of upsell features that are automatically selected. If you are not careful, you will end up paying more to use the application than needed.
