Most of the time every thing was great! However, there were times it would not save my adjustments or corrections and I would have to do some things multiple times.

The fees keep getting added on and they are ridiculous. I would expect a single fee to be enough but no, you keep adding additional fees as the tax return process goes on. It is honestly disgusting. Shame on you.

Very easy to use as a first tiem user. Was straight forward and had links to areas I did not have knowledge on. With also being Active Duty it was free for me to use the deluxe version.

i twould help if we could add more documents for verification and have a irs axcess to older return transcripts as well but the interface was simple and easy to use

TurboTax makes filling out your return really easy. Mine was filed and rejected because of an error that I made. TurboTax was aware of the situation and guided me through the steps to fix and refile it. Couldn't have been easier!
