I was totally frustrated with my tax return and the young lady that helped me today was extremely helpful and polite, she had a great deal of patience which helped me to calm down as she helped me work through my problem. Thank you young lady, sorry I didn't remember your name, but you were awesome. KUDOS

Turbo tax is getting expensive. Almost $100 in this my is my groceries for the week. And to periodically try and trick us into adding MAX is a scam. Then at the end, the system tried to scam you into paying $35 to deposit, I feel bad for those who don't pay attention because I 'm sure they mistakenly pay.

Tubro Tax scammed me of $150. They told me that I needed the deluxe version in order to get the certain return I wanted. My taxes got rejected and when I fixed the issue, I was unable to get my return. I could have used the free version but I was unable to be refunded.

Every year, I get an on-screen offer from Turbo Tax for the cost of their suggested product, but they switch the price on you (same product) at the time of filing. I have a screenshot from Jan 25th where they offered the product I used for $49 (down from $79) with no codes offered, yet at the time of filing they insist on charging $69 for the same exact product with zero recourse. Shady practice, but a constant year-over-year thing I've noticed.

TurboTax didn't offer me the free or deluxe versions at the start and made it very difficult to choose the deluxe version after I completed my taxes. Wouldn't let me use the free version even though my situation was simple. The program ran very slowly. Retrieving my tax forms from Fidelity did not work 1099s, etc. There were hundreds of ads for additional services that I did not want but had to read before moving on. Even entering my direct withdrawal info from my bank took 1 hour and three attempts before it worked. Your program did not work well for filing online from the Bahamas

I paid $143 for my very simple taxes to be filed and then at the end some “mistake” has been made and my state taxes can't be e-filed. And I couldn't ask for help unless I paid another $183?1? So I have to print my state taxes and mail them, mind you its 7pm on tax day…perfect.

Program is slow, takes a long time to move from page to page or clicking around the site/program. I compared with other programs, H&B and TaxAct etc. They are faster, but decided to go with TaxAct because it was easier to read and explanations where much informational.

You used to be free for me. Misleading. Charged me $143 dollars for a product called "do it yourself" -- joke. do not recommend. refund me if you wan me to take this down. Also very incompatible, bad accuracy, unhappy with the features. Also insufficiently guided in this experience. And don't even get me started on the interface--terrible.

Somehow, instead of going thru TurboTax, I went thru Intuit. It was more convoluted than I've experienced with Turbo Tax and I have used Turbo Tax for several years. Not sure why it took me to Intuit. Doing donations was a little more difficult than with TurboTax. I will make sure that I am in the right product next year. This is the first time I have not used a CD and went online instead.

Spoke with Rashida, who helped me solve a software issue, very friendly and I'm thankful for the help! My problem was I wasn't able to easily e-file; I received an item to review, 'enrollment status,' then when I clicked on the button to go to that section, it entered a loop and took me back to the main federal review page.
