I've been using Turbo Tax for many years and every time I feel like I'm helping myself set myself up for financial success, 5 stars. I didn't need to speak to a live expert this year.

Everything went well. Very helpful in helping with filing with retirement standards. When I had any issues with filing they were very in explaining the right steps to take.

Turbo Tax is easy to use and follow. Their site is user friendly and has prompts that can help explain things if you have questions. I used the "do it yourself" option without the expert guidance and still felt as I had the tools needed.

It's actually really screwed up and outdated that you both keep asking me to add on more expensive "packages" but you also simply don't let me file for free. It feels extremely predatory. You may consider changing your structure a bit.

We do not appreciate the multiple attempts to change fees and add services. This is confusing. Please stop doing this. I am going to look for a service that is more user friendly next year.

Turbo taxy is a scam it makes you pay for services you don't need even after clearing to re do it and searching for the forms. Utterly it's embarrassing to claim you can be trusted the you can't be

This is my 6th year using Turbo Tax and it makes it SO easy and "painless" to file my own taxes. I recommend the Max subscription as it provides a lot more guidance to receive the best return possible.

Turbo tax is okay, they charge you for everything if you even have a health savings account, there are a ton of hidden fees, even to use your refund to pay for the fees they ar charging you to file

I dont like the idea of I do all the work and they charge 49 to use it which is ok the a 40 more for filing thats a little much but I done put in all the stuff so paid it this year but not again
