turbo tax is pretty easy to navigate however, some things could be simplified so that regular people can understand better. and the fact that this used to be a free service and now can be costly does not sit well with some people.

It has been very easy to use and very helpful when I needed to find the AGI number. Glad to sign up for their free account to receive my money earlier as well.

Love Turbo Tax. Easy to file yourself and tax pros are there to help you whenever you need it. I will never use another tax company other than Turbo Tax. Great job guys!

The ease of use with a simple to use interface is excellent. I see that it has multiple features that help with guidance towards getting the most accurate refund possible.

Easy to use, definitely recommend this platform. Not a huge fan of the sneaky pricing and being hounded for add-ons. But way better than dealing with people. -godspeed

TurboTax is very simple to use as well as user friendly. I can get my simple taxes set up and done in a short amount of time. All the additional features are helpful when needed.

Much like the standalone application, I was hesitant to use the online version. But, I know feel the interface and security is good. The online version a some security features which is comforting.

I found the product easy to follow and answered my questions with only 1 call to an expert and she was very helpful. My only complaint is that I was under the impression I could do this for free and I got charged. Not sure what I did wrong.

I probably won't use turbo tax again . I picked the option that said free .We get to the end and you thieves hit me up for $93.00 .EXTREMELY AGRIVATED
