For someone that has NEVER done this before, turbo tax was amazing!!!!!!! Because i didn't know what the heck I was doing until my sister in law told me about it. Turbo tax walks you through it.

Have used Turbotax for many years.It's very easy to use and I find it to be accurate. I like the ability to access more information throughout the software if some of the questions are not clear to me.

TurboTax is probably the easiest way to file both your Federal and State taxes without hiring an accountant. They walk you through the entire process and make it as painless as possible.

Your practices are predatory and should be illegal. The $35 charge for fast deposit could only be removed when you go back to change. Very inappropriate practice.

Cannot file state taxes for split-state couples. It was an absolute nightmare trying to figure it out, and there are no resources or ways to edit the forms. I have to do our state taxes separately.

It was annoying that I did a lot of the filing on my own and once I was done I still had to pay for extra things I would rather them be upfront about them instead of adding in other cost once I am already done.

It was not to tough. There were some areas where it couldve been a little bit clearer and not making me create things over again like driver license information

I filed with Turbo Tax last year and was unable to find the AGI. Luckly I was able to get the transscript from the IRS, but there were alot of hoops to jump through. I hope that next year it goes a lot smoother.
