the worst time to get this done you change so much and with no help. and with bad reading comprehension its hard to read the help and understand what you are saying in your help boxed

First time I used this and it was not that hard to use. Quite easy. I would recommend it to anyone who doesn’t want to go to a tax preparer some of those people are mean. This was much better to deal with.

The upsell never stopped, I paid more using Turbotax than expected. Tried to use the 'free' version, but in the end could not. I was running out of time so I went ahead and paid, but in the future I will use E-File

It ask to many questions that are irrelevant to the tax return. I am a CPA and I thought this would be quick and easy for my personal return. For example asking numerous times about storing credit card information, and other items.

Very simple to complete - perhaps because I used Turbo Tax last year and most of my info was already populated. For that reason, the process for both Federal and State was faster than I expected.

I've used TurboTax since 2007 and I've never been disappointed. It's easy to use and asks all the necessary questions to get the most from my IRS return.

TurboTax used to allow users to do 100% free filing. This is no longer an option and there were additional fees added to the plan I selected. Not user friendly.

YOU CHARGED ME ALMOST ALL MY FREAKING REFUND. YOU USED TO BE FREE. I AM GETTING 35$ THANKS TO YOUR STUPID FEES. NEXT YEAR I WILL BE LOOKING ELSEWHERE. CHARGING 183$ TO FILE MY TAXES IS ABSURD AMOUNTS OF MONEY.
