just upset that u charged me almost 200 to upgrade to add my unemployment like 180.00 when my application is a simple efile not very happy I will not be using u ever again and will advise anyone else I can to not use u

Be careful there are a ton of hidden fees at the end that were not disclosed up front. I thought I was filing free because it said "start for free" and Now I'm paying over $150 at the end.

Easy to use as always, NOT upfront with total cost anymore, more things just kept adding on in order to file and receive refund my preferred way. May not use again

I loved this experience. However, I cannot give a fifth star until I actually get my refund and know that everything was done correctly. This would be better sent at a later date.

The system continually flagged me for needing a deluxe version because it said I had and HSA which I did not have, I had an FSA. I want to be refunded for making me buy the deluxe.

Very simple to complete - perhaps because I used Turbo Tax last year and most of my info was already populated. For that reason, the process for both Federal and State was faster than I expected.

The experience was good but if my State Return was a $1 why was the processing fee for the State Return $64. Could I had allowed the State Return to keep the $1 and not filed the State Return?

turbotax.ca is 100% great. turbotax.com usa is confusing, circular and repetitive in its prompts/questioning and overall a terrible experience. every year this is my same take-away. fix your product
