extremely expensive and not worth it. Minimal Ai help is $89 and then they charge it seperatley if you work in other states so on top of taxes you have to pay the app hundreds of dollars for your taxes to be rejected.

Many of the areas were not as easy as they were to complete last year. Even the filing was not as intuitive as i'd found it in the past. Could be my age.

Terrible experience, we have basic filing and we had to pay. For what? Nobody helped us. Too many Extra questions once we completed filing, beyond frustrating.

Pretty good, easy to use. Would have been helpful to have a warning at the beginning that I will need my 2024 taxes in order to e-file, so I could have time to find the documents.
