I absolutely hate this website. I paid $183 in fees without even selecting the deluxe option. I selected the cheapest option, and saw a different level of "tax help" at check out selected for me. I won't ever use this website again. Zero stars.

$40 just to deposit to an account that was suggest by your service is insane on top of a $79 filing fee to use the service which is advertised as free. Explanation of tax breaks and other deductions is not all that clear.

no reason taxes should be this time consuming or EXPENSIVE. estimated 30 minutes and free filing. 3 hours and $191 in turbo tax charges later im done and get prompted for a survey.... sure turbo tax

didnt tell me upfront that i would have to pay for a filing option due to my non simple filing so i spent 2.5 hours filing on my own and then had to pay over $200 when i could have had help and known at the beginning

Turbo tax was very easy to navigate and to use. It made filing my taxes easier than easier and a lot mr inexpensive compared to getting a tax preparer.

More expensive to file than anywhere else, standards are free but having retirement savings means I pay almost $100 more? Absolutely out of touch and ironic.

I just do my taxes fast and accurate with turbo tax. Been using them for over 10 yrs. I used to use the experts but my filing is straight forward now so it is easy with the regular prompts.

Turbo Tax is extremely easy to navigate, very accurate and double checks everything for mistakes. They also check everything to get you the maximum refund.

I am disappointed in the revamped user interface. It was not user friendly, and had many glitches or features that didn't work. It was lacking the progress and amount bar at the top. Many times there was no scroll bar to scroll down the screen.
