Super easy to use and used plain language. TurboTax fees were a little high but the AI offered good guidance and answered questions quickly and were easy to understand.

There's so many instances in between where they're trying to make you upgrade so that you have to pay for the deluxe service even if you already did not want it from the very beginning. It is really annoying and it is a waste of time.
