Hard to start died easy very low power

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] So I got this Senix 4QL 4 cycle chainsaw. As far as looks and initial thoughts go, it is bigger and heavier (about 3 pounds) than my old Stihl 024, making it a bit tiresome to run for long periods of time. It is ergonomically designed so its comfortable to grip, but the choke is on the right side of the handle making 1 handed operation difficult. It comes with a pre-measured bottle of oil and a saw wrench. The biggest plus by far is not having to mix gas to run, making it easier for a homeowner to own. It started on the 3rd pull and idled quietly. The sound difference from a 2 stroke is night and day. Overall, I would not use this as my primary saw, but as a spare or for occasional homeowner use. Not sure how available parts will be for this brand down the road.

For the price point of this machine, it does a really, really nice job cutting up branches and limbs. Affordable and adequately powerful. Happy to have this on the arsenal.

Bought because it's a 4 cycle. After cutting down some massive trees and clean up around the yard, I love it. It's quite and it doesn't fill the air with 2 cycle exhaust. Has plenty of power. It's not super heavy. The air cleaner is wire mesh. Great saw.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this 4 cycle gas powered chainsaw 16 inches 46 cc wow does it pack a punch it very steady , strong and only uses gas no mixing what else can you ask for. I am really a fan of Senix from now on it is built tough, made to last and you can even cut whatever way you want with out oil leaks as it has a 360 directional use. I just cut back all my tree for the winter and it cut like butter smooth no roughy cuts, now I have plenty of firewood. I rate this product a Perfect 10 out of 10 Stars for a outstanding product. Easy to get set-up with the provided instructions and no real tuning needed. Fires up with ease and for a 16 inch saw it does quite the job for smaller projects around the yard.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Senix 16” gas powered chainsaw is a pretty great chainsaw. It cut through the tree with ease. The weight of the chainsaw is lighter than I expected. It’s a great looking tool and easy to use. I would definitely recommend this chainsaw.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Every homeowner needs a chainsaw on occasion and this is a good one to have. I'm my opinion, 16" is a perfect size for the average homeowner who needs to occasionally cut up some downed limbs or some occasional firewood. It's not huge, but also not a toy like you see sometimes nowadays. I appreciate that I don't have to mix gas and oil with this model. Only time will tell how it holds up, but it feels heavy, solid and well built. Started right up and seems to run nicely!

I love the idea of not having to mix gas and oil every time I have to refill this saw. Skipping this step makes doing any job faster and cleaner. I’ve sawed down small trees and over grown bushes and this chainsaw stood up to them like a champ. Going through them like butter and with ease. I wouldn’t necessarily use it for a big beefy tree as this is a smaller saw, but for everything medium to small this is the saw for you. This saw is a bargain for the price reflected on several websites. It’s is solidly built and has clear markings for the oil, bar oil, and gas. These entry points are also easy to open if you are wearing gloves as the caps are easy to turn and pull. My only problem with this chainsaw is the chainbrake is a little too close. I wouldn’t say I have big hands but I do t have small ones either. The issue is when I am pulling back the brake I cannot pull it back far enough to disengage the brake if me hand is on the saw, the brake does not go back far enough it hits my knuckles. Overall great saw, solidly built, easy to use and maintain, and great value for the price.
