This Senix chain saw works like a charm. It works as prescribed if only people follow the rules. This four trike engine makes life a lot easier. The power is just enough for an average home owners use..Many people may say that it would not start. But if you read the quick start manual follow the instructions it will surely start. Prime it t ten times pull the chocke out completely then push it back pull back the safety lever pull the starter five or six times the machine will start.

Best saw I've ever used cuts effortlessly plenty of power in oak balance is good ive used chainsaws for 40 years at home and professionally these saws beat all of them.

Very heavy duty chainsaw. my husband was impressed how well it works for the cast we payed. Find it a little heavy to use for a long period of time.

Good power, cuts good. Four stroke engine oil leaks unless you tighten with a wrench. Doesn't run as long as they say. Small fuel tank. Low noise level and no smelly exhaust.

Good saw, runs good, gas tank a little on the smaller side, but overall so far good saw

For light use only Broke the handle on the second pull. Chain is poor quality It's start real good Runs hot if you force it to much. Check the oil every time you refill you gas

Its convenient that I dont have to mix fuels anymore, however, if this saw were fuel injected, it would be highly diserable.

hard to imagine, but they are selling a carbureted chainsaw and doing their best to use special screws for the hi and low rpm adjustment, and dont provide the special tool also no information in the manual, or on the website as to getting the tool apparently an "Acricle" tool that can be ordered

Good idea but... Ran into some problems after the get go. Broken pull cord, valve bent in cylinder, metal flakes in to oil and bar oil leaks Contacted support twice with no reply back from Senix. Made contact mid July 2026
