I didn't want to go with the Premium package. I just wanted to go with the minimum cost and it charged me $148 with tax. My standard deduction was more than my taxable income. there was no explanation as to why it charged me so much. I would not have filed my taxes this way if I had realized the charges.

all and all its easy to use. However, the biggest drawback for me is the fact they removed the free to use version. my second biggest drawback has to be how often they try to get you to upgrade and if you're not careful and read before accepting you could accidently agree to an upgrade you didn't want. If it wasn't for these things' I'd give it 5 stars.

overall good, but there were some glitches that caused information to either be imported incorrectly or not at all with no option to correct it prior to review. The overall price seems to have skyrocketed in recent years with the lowest cost package costing about $90 with my discounts with an optional add on for $60 beside that.

It works. Too expensive for what it is, never changed from 10 years ago. Same deceitful strategy from day one. Here, come to us, it's free. Oh by the way it's 60 for federal and 60 for state. Always works just fine but you pay for it. Acting like this is anything but thievery is insane. 120x how ever many people use your service. ??? Profit

Easy to use product for moderately complicated tax return. I used a CPA in the past, and while that worked out well, it costs considerably more than the basic Turbo Tax service. And the CPA basically asked the same questions as Turbo Tax does. I suppose the CPA may have knowledge of the trickier problems, but I've never had a problem.

being forced to pay almost $200 just because part of my income is self employed is crazy and inconsistent with the services provided. Turbo tax doesn't cover anything if I get audited or accidentally enter the wrong info, i do. you went from free to almost $200 for 1 minute of extra questions

I have used Turbo Tax since it came out on disk format. Tried going to a tax expert, cost me more money and they didnt do anything different than I had done using Turbo Tax, in fact they took longer too. I will never go back. Love the online sign in, ease of entering data, and electronic connection.

Wife and I have used Turbo Tax for many years. WE LOVE THEM! Easy to navigate, and they make sure your taxes are done right (given info you provide) ...... You SAVE MONEY vs using a person tax service (use to use them) and IMHO TURBO TAX does a better job as well. Thank you TURBO TAX!! Denis/Raquel

It was a little confusing once I got to the REVIEW portion. I started to make changes to the information I did not need to make. It really was to "review". I called a customer service rep and she was very helpful and walked me through the process to allow me to file.
