Great experience again. Thanks to Turbo Tax for leading me through the reporting of my investments, some for the first time. The federal forms were at first confusing, but Turbo Tax made them very understandable. Love the year-to-year comparison, which really helped finding my current year paperwork. State Taxes were a breeze, TT did it all. Next year should be easier with this year's experience.

Your system would not let me e-file my AZ state return because of the Property Tax Credit. I am NOT claiming the property tax credit, however, your system could not understand that, even though I completely redid my state return stating "None of the above" for the property tax credit. Very disappointing that I had to pay for the state return and could not e-file it. I will find another service next year.

Turbo Tax is a very easy to use, step by step program that keeps up with federal and state regulations and requirements. A mistake you might make will be found by asking you questions about the item if it doers not make sense or does not match a previously entered number. The more complicated your return, the more forms that must be generated, the more valuable the program. Upgrades differences are clearly delineated and you decide what upgrade might make sense to you.

It's getting to expensive for what it is. I've used Turbo Tax for years and love the convenience Turbo Tax offers, but I don't file complex forms; it's all pretty simple. Turbo Tax use to be fairly inexpensive, but it has me wondering if there is something less expensive out there in the market.

Thieves. I feel like I have been robbed coming to TurboTax. All because I don't know any better. But I guess that your type of pray. Making us pay for a $100+ premium package and then another $50 if we want to pay with returned tax. What's the point in Premium package then? Last year doing tax returns here.

Turbo Tax (Intuit) lobbies to keep our tax system complicated, so you are basically reliant on their services to navigate the complexity. It is very apparent that the good user experience and fast snappy filing is just a way for them to make more money off you. Taxation in the United States should not be an industry. Period. Think about it. Why should people make money off being the middlemen for what the government knows we owe? Why should they get money for us simply paying taxes? Adding to the burden?

I use TurboTax every year and it is always a simple and intuitive tool for filing my taxes. Any time I did not understand something that may or may not apply to me, the Learn More or help button provided ample information and answers to questions I had. I've recommended it to peers many times because of how easy and useful it has been.

TurboTax is definitely a solid choice for filing, especially with its user-friendly interface and multi-state filing capabilities. The expedited service for $25 sounds promising—hopefully, it speeds up the return processing this year. While a professional can offer tailored advice, TurboTax does a great job for those also looking for a budget-friendly, DIY personal approach. Fingers crossed for a smooth and quick return this time!
