Still issues importing 1099-B and Virginia state return was completely botched. Code 20 amount required no entry, made a dozen times, you’d think the software would handle. Will not correct, and now requires snail mail due to TurboTax bug. Nice work!

Product is very good however I experienced 2 issues. The first was in the review section where I was informed that there was an issue with form 1099-OID. It was difficult to pinpoint exactly what I had done wrong. It turned out to be a typo on my end. I realize the issue was on my end however it would have helped if the app pinpointed exactly where it was located. The other issue was not knowing exactly what my cost would be before I gave approval to file. It was confusing.

I’ve been using TurboTax every year now for the past nine years I love the software. I love how easy it is to navigate and the prices are perfect. I’m so happy they haven’t raised their prices so long as they keep that up TurboTax will be around for a long time.

We have reached the autumn of our lives, and everything is simpler. No more complicated business, employment, insurance, etc to figure out. Love that I can sit down in one evening and do our taxes, pay for the process and any amount I owe and be done. Takes things off my plate!

I've been using TurboTax since the pandemic and it's been great. I absolutely love how they keep my information from year to year so that I don't have to spend time re-entering so much of my information. This is actually kind of easy to file using their service even though it did take me a bit longer the first time. I tried a few other services and didn't like them at all. TurboTax was the most intuitive for me and the easiest. I plan to continue using their service every year.

took about 4hours to get everything entered, double checked and verify return. hiccup in the nyc long term care expenses, says if entered in federal not needed. but filed for standard deductions and state not reflect the it201att long term care credit. So had to go back and enter expense in nys and remove from medical expenses in federal. Software should be smart enough to know expenses were entered in both state and federal steps.

Turbo Tax is super user friendly and well designed. It makes doing my taxes fun, which I greatly appreciate. Unfortunately this time I was somehow tricked into signing up for Premium and when it was time to pay there was nothing I could do to change it. This constant advertising of more expensive options is really annoying and the service shouldn't cost me more than my refund.

My taxes are as complex as they get---W2s, 1099s, own a business, housing allowance, adult child dependent with a disability. If you follow the simple prompts and answer the questions, TurboTax always gets it right at a fraction of the cost of any accountant. Been using TT for 20 years and have never been disappointed. Now I am a TT evangelist---have introduced dozens of people to the system. Thanks!

Self Employed Musician here and part time restaurant manager. It is such a easy walkthrough for the most part, pop in 1099 and w2s and it auto fills, deducting music equipment and vehicle milelage makes it a breeze.Then I choose instant deposit straight to my Credit Karma. I actually don'tt stress about taxes every year because how straight foward TTax is. good job guys
