Another year completing these taxes on my own. Love the transfer of information from year to year. I miss the "jump to" option that seems to have been taken out. Previously, when you searched a topic, TurboTax had the option to jump directly back into the forms or work related. Did I miss something?

They force you to pay for Products and Subscription that dont apply to you or that you dont want. YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO FILE FOR FREE. I DID MY WHOLE TAX RETURN BY MYSELF BUT STILL WAS FORCED TO PAY A DANG PREMIUM! NOT legal or fair !! Last year Ill be using this Pile of Poop

Great product and service to file your taxes with! Some of the questions this year we're complicated more than they should have been, and a lot of the things did not apply to me and my wife. All in all, great service and will keep using going forward.

Turbotax is a very convenient tool and makes filing taxes extremely easy. However, I find their pricing tactics to be very confusing and misleading. They are constantly throwing upgrades and the premium versions in your face and make it difficult to just choose the version you want.

System would not acknowledge my active duty military status and continued to charge me for a simple 1040 refund after 3 separate attempts on both the app, and the website (which is how i filed). There is no option to rectify this problem. I have used TurboTax for years and had this problem the last 2 tax seasons. At this point this is false advertising and I will no longer be recommending this service until they can fix this issue.

I was VERY disappointed that my product no longer included the Refund Meter at the top of the page. (In previous years, this would provide a running tally of my refund/owed amount based on the info provided so far.) That feature gave me a feeling of security as I progressed through my documents.

This website used to be revolutionary but asking for $99 fee is ridiculous for an upgraded version, I did not ask for a Premium version, once i uploaded everything, they would not let me file unless i upgrade, promising a live agent, free file lookup (All things I did not need)... I had no option at that point but to upgrade. I would have happily paid some fee for usage, but forcing people to pay a hundred and then not delivering is just pure greed. Since I was paying for it, might as well ask a live agent about a specific tax question, but Nope, speaking to an agent is an additional $159,a second upgrade, paying $99 will only get me community answers (Which is also available in the free version) once you get to the agreement page, there is also an additional $40, for "processing fee". After 8 years of filing with Exclusively with TurboTax, this will be my last year. I will find something better.

I had a problem because when I first logged on it said I had no prior Turbo Tax filings. I have been using Turbo Tax for years and years. Kayda stayed on the line and worked through the problem and was extremely patient with me and she solved the issue and I was able to complete my 2024 returns and still see all prior years. Great Customer Service person...KUDOS

Really crummy that you can't look at the place on the tax return that corresponds to the Turbo Tax question like we used to several years ago. Frustrating also that some sections will not let you go back to correct/adjust an entry (Form 1116) and the only option is delete the form or start all over.

At least seven (7) different times the software was glitching. I had to go back and keep searching to enter estimated tax payments, social security income, etc. Suggestion is to START the software with a recommendation for JOINT Senior returns USING THE STANDARD DEDUCTION.....stop wasting time going through needless possible deductions.
