We've been using Turbo Tax for as long as I can remember. Its got everything you need to make filing your taxes as easy as 123!! They dont charge an arm and a leg and their always helpful with any questions or concerns we have. Thank you, Turbo Tax, for taking the scary out of filing taxes!!

I chose the TurboTax Premium and have been using it for the last ten years. Overall it works extremely well. I have never had an audit (knock on wood) and it is very simple to use. It asks plenty of questions and holds your hand through the process. Their back button could use some work as it doesn't take you to the screen you were just on so that is very confusing, and sometimes you have to redo some sections that you thought you already did. Also there weren't help or learn more options for some of the more specific choices, like capital gains options. But overall it was pretty inexpensive, helpful, more or less intuitive, but most importantly, I did all in my underwear while sitting at home. And that I think is the biggest selling point.

I don't like the fact that I pay for my taxes prior to submitting them. Incase I find a mistake and need to change, which changes what version I need, it's too late as I've already paid for the next upgraded version if I no longer qualify for having to use it. No way of refunding the purchase. Don't like the constant questions of asking to upgrade the tax version either. The positive is, it's easy, and quick. Like how a lot of the information can be imported instead of relying on typing it out. Wish the drivers license information was saved from year to year unless the license has expired.

1. The software did not always return to the page where I left off. 2. The software required me to put in the information twice on one rental property. 3. The software listed a 1099-B transaction twice on the tax form although I entered that information only once during the input section. 4. The software asked for the total value of my traditional IRA as of December 31, 2024, but did not put that information on my tax form.

Had to call over price charged, no location for discount you people keep emailing me, very unprofessional. A young lady named April assisted and she was a total professional! I had a issue with capital losses from a few years ago and your 2024 program could not handle it. I waited a week and checked the internet and I'm not the only one having issues but not a word from you and the issue, good work. Guess after twelve years I need to look around to see what other company's offer, you folks seem to forgotten what customer service is.

In the world of fast pace go go go, and sudden stops of needing to pay your taxes. I wish their was a Straight forward solution one that will also keep everything together year after year; and I never have to worry about not being able to find tax documents physically because I can always redownload if they are needed. Luckily there is! Hi I am Turboman and this is my Sidekick TurboKid we are here to tell you to use TurboTax and keep it simple and together year after year!

The software is very easy to use. I submitted my taxes but was missing the the 1095 form. Unfortunately the software was unable to see that I needed it. I did not have this form from the previous year. Once I got the rejection it was easy to fix and refile.

For the simple fact that its TAXES, I am inclined to rate this a 1 star experience. At this point there should not be middle men between our government tax accounts and ourselves; the failure of our system to NOT include this FEATURE into our society WITH THE TAXES WE PAY THROUGH THIS APP is flabbergasting. This one star review is a 5 star review for the development teams that clearly had the best interest of the tax payers and regular people in mind, they make the site UI amazing and easy to read; the easy pop ups that explain in detail and the jokes I see from you guys at InTuit are top tier. Bravo IT TEAM!

i felt it was a smoother process last year and before. Seemed clunky in spots, going in circles. It seemed way easier in years past to navigate, add stuff and delete stuff. I felt more confident in the past that everything was covered. The wrap up or finish process seemed beter with this years version.
