Great service . I had a problem and live agent was able to explain to me in depth of how to navigate the site. Thou didn't get clear understanding of the refund involved, I was able to submit it.

I've used TurboTax for several years but this year was the most difficult. Again and again I had to exit and restart because it would get caught in loops and not allow me to enter information. I was wondering if it would ever work.

I had a real hard time paying and filing. If there is a way to make this part easier that would help. It seems that paying by using the option to take it out of your refund was not working.

Being able to do all of my taxes right up until the pay and file allowed me the time to do everything I needed at my own pace without losing my progress, and that took a lot of stress off of my shoulders.

Federal was fine but state tax was painful. It kept sending me in a loop and wouldn’t let me go back to fix state deductions, and it wouldn’t let me go forward either. So I had to make up a charitable org number
