It was very easy to navigate the platform and when I had questions there were FAQs and resources I was able to navigate towards to find my answers.

Very thorough and guiding all the way! I love how you just import the W2 or manually put the info in and answer questions. TurboTax does the rest!!

I have used Turbo Tax Premium for many years. This year's application was so easy to follow and understand.

Took twice as long as was needed. Too many pointless click-through steps. Does not transfer information from previous years the way it should.

Photo upload feature worked great. Ability to upload last year's return was helpful but it took some effort to search for the tool to do this

Rather have it on disk-without a disk it hard to save and more confusing< plus is something goes wrong it harder to correct.

It was fine, very expensive, though. I wish you could do more with the free version instead of getting coaxed into using the more expensive options.
