Still painful. Time-consuming. Too expensive. Total rip-off. Yet, somehow, Turbotax is the easiest among other apps.

Had hard time connecting to a live agent. but once I got connected to a representative. she is very helpful and get everything resolved.

I wish TurboTax still worked with older Windows operating systems for those folks who have not yet migrated to the newer versions.

I enjoyed this year's format, easy to use. The help fie was actually helpful, was able to figure out issues using it.

Using TurboTax Online is fast, easy, and reliable. I've been using their service for over 2 decades and their features improve every year.

Somewhat easy to use. The income section for seniors wasn't always that straight forward and the Help window never generated for me.

It was fast, easy. comprehensive, and accurate. I appreciate the extra questions for determining applicable tax breaks.
