I have been using TurboTax for years to prepare my taxes and like the step-by-step walk through funtionality

I've been using it for years and it's always easy and has many help feautures if you're not sure. It's pricy but i'd rather do them on my own .

Turbo tax was helpful in identifying tax breaks. The system was able to process docs through my phone making it very easy.

It was very straight forward. Interface seemed very good, the expert helped me her name was Shalita N.

The price was more than said in beginning. So it's like a bait and switch . How is it more for me to file than have a representative do it .

Turbo Tax walked me through every step along the way. It gave me assurance and confidence in doing my own taxes!

I was tricked into giving away information to TurboTax. Shame on you. It will definitely make me switch providers next year.

I'm a tax person and normally like to see forms at times. couldn't find a way in this system. Happy to see the results work.
