It would have been nice to know that TurboTax FORCES you to upgrade whether you want to or not. The hidden fees were beyond frustrating.

I have been using the TT software for more than 15 years and it gets better as my tax situation get better.

The upselling is obnoxious and I may switch away from TurboTax in future years specifically because of these nearly-deceptive marketing strategies.

I like the Turbo software because it is seamless, easy, step-by-step instructions, with additional language to explain things when necessary.

I like being able to navigate to the forms in previous years. Didn't see that in the 2025 version. Overall better product than last year.

Turbotax online is terrible compared to desktop version. It took me much longer and is much more cumbersome. I hate it.

There are still occasional issues with things that you can't delete. Also, no ability to attach the form section 475(f)

Too hard to find things like mileage deuctions and business deductions,system locks up while using it.
