The upselling is obnoxious and I may switch away from TurboTax in future years specifically because of these nearly-deceptive marketing strategies.

I find turbotax to be easy to use. I like when I can click on the ? and get more information or do a search.

It works. Had trouble with investment info though cause it wasn't accurately transferring but after manually entering the info it worked.

I felt tricked sharing my information and could not figure out how not to share, not so happy about that.

Your error messages are opaque and I had to go dig for places to put information that you never asked me for.

Online turbo tax is pretty good but preferred the desktop version. I feel the desktop version asked more pertinent questions.

TurboTax is helpful and straight forward. I was able to find what I needed through AI features. Took me double the time that it stated, though.

I did it by myself with no problems. I have been using TurboTax for years and will continue to do so in the future.

Major issue is during checkout for form 8839, you need line, form and schedule but there is no information on how to get it!
