this app is clunky and half of the autofil options dont work. your product is overpriced and whatever improvements you think you have done have made using turbo tax unbearable

You need to depend on a cell phone to use your program. I do not own a cell phone and have to depend on my Wifes phone. I would rather use my email to complete my taxes.

I thought I was purchasing a download of Turbotax to my PC, but somehow ended up with an Online version. Too many transmission interruptions during completion. Don't like paying $35 to direct deposit either!

Well, good service but very greedy! Charging federal filing and state filing differently is absurd! I think you guys are trying every opportunity to charge more and more! I will look for alternative options going forward! Thank you for being greedy.

I PURCHASD TURBO TAX BUT FOUND OUT I WAS ABLE TO USE IT FREE, SOOOOO I AM GOING TO REQUEST A REFUND FOR WHAT I PAID. I HAD A LOT OF TROUBLE TRYING TO DOWNLOAD MY PURCHASED COPY AND SEARCHED FOR HELP. THAT IS WHERE I FOUND I COULD FILE FREE.

Th eprocess was easy and helpful. I thought it was very deceptive that there were extra chrges at the end and was charged more than was agreed to. It said there was $40 off and it was not applied. That is bead business.

It's ridiculous we have to pay this much money to file our federal tax return and it's ridiculous that I had to continue to decline extra crap that I didn't need to file our federal tax return. And the website is buggy too. (In chrome browser)

Good but can be a little time consuming when you have to wait on forms to come when you are ready to file already. My refund advance amount change drastically when I have always paid as they took it automatically out.

I had to call support to help with a Document, super helpful very patient and helped with everything I needed I have used them for the last 5 years and I have no complaints

The screens were too many and I definitely liked the old disc version of TurboTax off a few years ago. And you didn't charge for sending the refund to my bank. But getting the data from my accounts worked well.
