I preferred desk top version. Was not easy to navigate to specific items was a guessing game sometimes what box I needed to choose for specific items that needed to be entered.

Used now for 5-6 years. Seamless experience. One year had some unusual tax situations and spoke to someone live.. All was resolved and accurate. Takes less than 30 mins. Love the process.

Very easy. However, the errors should be more specific. I tried to e file before the 26th and it gave a general error without simply saying it is too early to e file.

I can't believe how much of a ripoff and misleading product this is. I will figure out a way to file my own taxes next year without these "free tax filing" services, which ultimately cost hundreds of dollars!!

Features made it a breeze to automatically import all of my information from my W-2 forms without me having to type any of it! Great experience easy site to use highly recommend.

Turbo Tax makes it easy to file our tax returns every year. Just wish the cost was lower for lower income families. But it is lower than taking it to a local preparer.
