Ripoff!! More difficult to use than EVER!! And more expensive to boot. Also now charging for direct bank deposit. Will look for another Tax Prep next year. Done with TurboTax!!!!

It walked me through all of the steps necessary to file as an independent contractor for my first time. I feel much more confident having used turbo tax to file.

TurboTax did not think I e-filed last year. However, I did and paid the balance in taxes. To continue with the e-file process, I had to lie by selecting "Printed and manually submitted forms".

Much easier to use year by year. Recommend for people who want to save money. applicable to Mac Os and android systems. the system ckecks by itself and warn the user if there is any discrepancy.

VERY EASY TO FOLLOW STEP BY STEP DIRECTIONS. THE IRS SYSTEM CAUGHT ONE NUMBER WRONG IN AN EMPLOYER ID AND IT WAS EASY TO GO BACK IN AND CORRECT THE NUMBER.

TurboTax was super easy to use. I have a PIN from the IRS and didn't know where I had to put it and needed to change my number from previous year and the help told me exactly where to go step by step. Made everything smooth! Thank you!

Turbo Tax makes it easy to file our tax returns every year. Just wish the cost was lower for lower income families. But it is lower than taking it to a local preparer.
