I always file with turbo tax; I find it quicker and easier to file. I also like the feature they added with the Chat bot. It answered questions and provided me with helpful information.

I love using Turbo Tax and knocking it out at the comfort of my own home. The application makes it really easy to complete and asks you so many questions to help get you the best refund possible. Highly recommend!

The process was simple, Turbo Tax guided most of the process. They interface is user friendly and it educates you as you go through "Learn More" feature. Also, mentions new tax laws.

when reviewing income, the review items are glitchy. Also when dividend income was being updated the items didn't update and had to be deleted manually.

Will NOT be using turbo tax again. From the start i picked the option of doing my taxes myself. i did NOT ask for assistance or pro. Yet at the end i was made to pay for pro. Turbo tax is a scam and a rip off. Never again

The software is fine, but i hate the fact that this company exists. Filing taxes should be free and automatic. This company lobbies to block us from making taxes easy. TURBOTAX SHOULD NOT EXIST.

Turbotax really SUCKS!!!! It used to be better, but now it is more painful than pulling teeth. I lost count of how many times I had to repeatedly put in the same info! Bottom Line: I am done with this horrible (NON) service!!!

bought desk top version found out it won't work with windows 10 had to use premier. just wasn't as easy as i was use to. been using turbo tax for 20 years .
