The flavor is refreshing, tangy and not too sweet, with a nostalgic popsicle-like taste. It’s super hydrating, making it perfect for pre and post workout, hot days, or recovering from dehydration. Delicious, refreshing, and effective—definitely a flavor i will continue to buy.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use 0. 5-1 packet/gal as a boost to my high sodium electrolytes to balance out the insulin release from the stevia-based formula of my high sodium electrolytes. The Firecracker flavor is good. I do wish it either had higher sodium or lower sugar per pack.

Another great flavor that keeps me very well hydrated. Liquid IV dissolves easily and keeps me drinking my water. It's very refreshing and that alone is a great thing, but it's not the only reason to add this to your water. I definitely feel it's better than just water alone.

I love liquid iv but the taste of this one got old after the second packet.

The firecracker Liquid IV has been my go-to flavor after I first tried it. It’s a great choice for extra hydration! It mixes easily in my favorite 16 ounce water bottle. I always take a couple of these with me while traveling.

I have the subscription and am trying all the flavors. I did not hate the flavor but I have my favorites. Other people will enjoy this flavor I am sure.
