The absolute best tasting hydration out there! My only complaint is that they make this flavor so delicious, that anytime I add one to my water bottle one of my two 3-year-old twins sniffs it out like a heat seeking middle and I’m left with a couple sips. So I make another. And guess who then comes and finds me? Yup, the other child. Don’t even get me started on the husband. So yeah, our household easily goes through 5 or 6 packs a day. Good thing we shop at Sam’s Club and get the best prices on them :)

I really like the flavor of this Firecracker Liquid IV. It is sour and sweet, but not too much of either. It definitely reminds me of those tasty frozen treats, (but less messy without the drips getting all over!). I like Liquid IV because it makes me feel more hydrated than water alone. It also hydrates me better than popular sports drinks.

This tastes too much like Kool-Aid and I’m way past the Kool-Aid days.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I started taking liquid iv during my running training because I was getting headaches from dehydration. Now I have added it into my daily routine. I love the firecracker flavor the most, the lemon lime and watermelon are great too! I just tried the artic berry I think it was and I liked it, I may look into a small pack to give myself a change of flavor strength once in a while. The flavor isn’t overpowering in any of them unless you don’t put enough water. Shipping is fast and easy. It mixes easily in water! I personally think it’s best in cold water but once your bottle warms up on a hot run, it’s still tastes good! Liquid IV is hands down better than the other hydration multipliers out there and I’ve tried a lot. I will be loyal to them for a long long time. Their sugar free ones are pretty good too. You can’t even tell they are sugar free!
