I was afraid these might be too sweet, but instead they have just the right amount of sweetness. They seem to hydrate and manage to do it without adding a bunch of unhealthy sugar.

I purchased this as a quick grab without checking the ingredients, which is my fault. I thought it was the sugar free (stevia) version they have. This is simply sugar and sodium. Will be sure to only buy their Stevia one in the future. I get enough sugar in my diet with my sweets!
