I purchased this as a quick grab without checking the ingredients, which is my fault. I thought it was the sugar free (stevia) version they have. This is simply sugar and sodium. Will be sure to only buy their Stevia one in the future. I get enough sugar in my diet with my sweets!

This product was disappointing. I was hoping it would be a good way for my grandson to hydrate during his summer baseball games. mixed up a packet and boy was I surprised. It was SO salty and did not have any sweetness to it. Was totally shocked!!! I would not waste my money on this product, just buy Gatorade or Powerade. Wish I could return for a refund.
