But I was not disappointed at all. These buds feel so comfortable and sound amazing. The Buds 2 Pro had a good noise-canceling feature, but Galaxy Buds 3 Pro are even better.

I purchased my Samsung Buds Pro 3 at launch. So I have been using them for many months. I use my ear buds not just for working out but doing chores around the house. I love the Buds Pro 2 and was extremely excited for the predecessor. The only redeeming thing these Buds have to offer is their noise canceling. It's probably the best I'm the business! But the sound quality is the same as the Buds Pro 2. The biggest factor for me giving these a 1 star review is the fact that the right ear bud is never charged. I have to sit and adjust it for several minutes to make sure it is sitting perfectly in its slot within the case or else it stops charging. There have been so many times I've left the ear Buds in the case charging and I'll open the case to use my Buds and the Case will be at 100%, the left earbud will be at 100%, and the right ear bud will be at 45%. I have contacted support and they just tell me to take them some where that isn't close by to have them looked at. I wish I had returned them sooner. Also, they die really fast. You might be lucky to get 2 hours.

The noise cancellations are awesome. I can clearly hear the kids when I need to, and I can choose not to when I want to! This is helping when it's me time or when you are in a really loud place and need to hear the phone call clearly. The options to customize my buds is a major plus. Connecting between two devices are seamless as well. I have no negative things to say about my Bud3 Pro. I have had them for months now and charging, sound, and customization are great!

They aren't the competitor and I think that's just fine. I've always been an android person. I'm just not into the other options. I don't have a reason, it's just my preference. These earbuds are a great improvement over the last generation, which says a lot, because they were already awesome. I love the redesign. They look nothing like the last generation and that's ok, too. The silver finish is sleek and professional looking. The battery is long-lasting and the unit charges extremely fast. The sound quality is impressive, even in a loud environment and they stay put nicely. I am very happy with this purchase and would recommend these.

I should give a 5 stars but, Love this buds, quality sound is great , mic works great, calls are clear and noise reduction is just great the only thing I am concern is about the disconnection after a call , I am a streamer guy so usually am using the buds to talk in live stream , but if I received a call during a streaming live the buds becomes crazy, connect and disconnect itself repetitive times until I disconnect and connect it again, is really annoying to have this problem I thought was my first buds but I purchased another one and have the same issue that needs to be fixed.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these buds everywhere, I love them. I only want them to have a better battery life. The sound is great, the ambient sound is amazing. Only 4 hours of life is before having to charge them is annoying. Lately, it's been 3.5 hours of listening and then have to charge them. Not good. But they sound great.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love the new Buds 3 pro. They sound even better than the 2 pro and I think they pick up my voice better. The voice control AI improves as I use it and they hold a charge very well. I'm very glad I upgraded and traded in my Buds 2 pro.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] They sound great. The bass hits and the anc worked great on the airplane. They also were completely fine when I was on the treadmill. I tried adjusting the ear tips to ensure that I had the best fit and it was a little bit of a struggle getting the tips off only to find out that those which came installed were the best fit, lol. I haven't really let them die to test the battery life nor have I tested any of the interpreter features but I will give an update if I experience any issues.
