This product has an awesome sound.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The seamless actions across devices works very quickly. The sound is perfect. It's like being in your own movie theatre. The noise canceling works great. There are more tricks in the settings menu. The slide for volume on the earbuds work great too. Love the Galaxy buds 3 pro!!

Whistle Noises

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I did purchase my Earbuds pro 3 when they first came out. Not even a week under my possession and a very loud whistle noise is coming out of them when you have them in your ears of hands. I contacted Samsung Customer service, I sent them the video with the sound and they suggested me to do a reset which I did. It went away for a month or so and noise came back again.

Regarding the whistling noise you're experiencing, this can happen if the sub-microphone on the earbuds detects sounds while features like Active Noise Canceling, Adaptive Sound, or Ambient Sound are enabled. If the sub-microphone is covered or touched while wearing, handling, or adjusting the earbuds, the sound may be amplified, leading to a high-pitched noise. To minimize this, try to avoid covering the sub-microphone when adjusting or using the earbuds. We appreciate your efforts in reaching out to Samsung Customer Service and following their recommendations, such as resetting the earbuds. If the sound reoccurs, keeping the earbuds and case clean and free of debris around the sub-microphone can also help maintain optimal performance. Great product, no regrets on purchase.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] There are a ton of positives with these ear buds. First, they have a phenomenal range- I can leave my phone charging in the other room of our administrative building, walk to the other end and still maintain connection. Second, the noise canceling is actually scary good; it is complete silence with the mode active. Third, the battery life is great. I wear them throughout the day at work and so far they have been able to go the whole day (granted they do find some time in the case every now & then). One negative: I still don't love the airpod design, they long stick can get hung up on stuff.

Great Buds

Been rocking these for a few months now and I have to say, the wait was worth it. These are among the best wireless earbuds I've used. Sound quality is outstanding, Ambient noise modes are great, Noise Canceling isn't great but it works for the most part, and the hardware design, despite claims of copy-paste, works nicely. Love the buds the case. I have to give a four star though because they're not perfect. While they've been almost worked out, the buds have some bugs, like the lights freaking out for no reason when you put them in the case, the noise modes randomly shutting off or failing to turn on, or just random disconnections or battles with Bluetooth. Plus, there's a defect where either bud won't charge when you put them in the case. The phone alerts you when that happens, but at the same time it SHOULDN'T happen. Nevertheless, it's a problem I can live with, but it gives a lack of confidence in their longevity

Good features and design, concerning charging

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The buds themselves are amazing. I switched from beats buds, to galaxy buds 2 pro, to my currentl buds 3 pro, phenomenal. The galaxy AI being able to adapt to my surroundings and listen for talking from ME especially and sirens and Turing on pass through inly to layer turn on noise cancelation. The only complaint is that inside the charging case the two prongs at the bottom are challenging to get to if they are dirty making it hard to clean. Also occasionally Boxby works, it's night and Day, but usually works. But Alternatively besides the wireless charging I think the voice control for media, "skip song, stop music, play music" absolutely amazing g for me when I'm at my job doing dishes or trash, or if I'm doing chores at home. Over all, amazing buds, definitely worth trading in and getting. Get the warranty, and explore it's many many amazing features.

Amazing buds but!

I bought theses earbuds because they are getting hate, Now I don't tend to make reviews for Samsung products because they don't have this much hate. But theses earbuds had something different, and I know that Samsung wants honest reviews, so I will give one [ Even though they might not read this :( ] These buds are different, They looks and sound awesome. I've had them for about a week now and the sound that comes out of them is pure. The voices are clear, music is clear, and the new subs are amazing. Way better than what the 2 pro's had. The battery life on them is very long, I can go a whole day with them (without noise cancel) without having to worry about charging them. The noise canceling is neat, and the surround sound awareness is interesting, but it something that I don't see really useful. One "issue", more of a flaw is that pausing music is now much harder. Sure, They added the say commands to these buds, But I would rather raise my shoulder and tap my ear to pause the music instead of saying "pause", or "stop" when my hands are full and people need my attention. In my eyes, the buds 2 pro were a BIG step for Samsung, and so are these don't get wrong. But I feel like they should stick with the design like the 2 pros. Another "flaw" with theses buds, I always have the feeling that they are about to fall out of my ears. Because this design is made for the buds to sit in your ears, I always get the feeling that they are about to fall. The 2 pros, they more had this snug fit in my ears, where I don't have the feeling of them falling. Something that I have going on right now is the in ear sensor is kind of tripping. When the earbuds are in my ear correctly, they tend to disconnect or stop working because the sensor think that they aren't in my ear. But when they aren't in correctly, they work just fine and don't have any issues. Not sure if I am doing something wrong or it is a software bug. Overall, theses buds are great, I would highly recommend getting these if you are looking for an upgrade or want something new.

Great sound and great touch controls

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The touxh controls are great, great distance, and amazing sound. Only down side is the fit inside the ears so.etimes talking or eati g while listening they can become lose and lose connection. Otherwise amazing and great upgrades

Great Adaptive Sound

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I upgraded to these from the original Galaxy Buds Pro and couldn't be happier. It is a big upgrade. They fit great even for running. The adaptive sound works fast and does a great job to cover up ambient noise and keep the focus on the music. The sound profile is also excellent with very good bass. I'm very happy with the Galaxy Buds 3 Pro and would recommend it to others looking for wireless buds.

Massive Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I switched from the first generation of airpods I had and I absolutely love the buds3 pro's. I got to experience new things I've never experienced before such as active noise cancelation. ANC comes in handy when I'm in a noisy environment. Also, pairing these with the S24 ultra improves my experience (love the phone too).

Falls out a lot

The sound is decent, same quality as my earbuds 2 non pro ones. The issue is this design does not stay in your ears. I would have returned these if I had known the different ear tips sizes wouldn't make a difference in the fit. Get something else that will stay in your ears while trying to wear.
