The lack of customizable action buttons is a daily annoyance, leading to constant accidental touches and more unintended call hang‑ups than any earbuds should cause. The charging case also has an occasional issue with uneven charging, leaving one bud full and the other lagging behind, which breaks the convenience these should offer. When everything works, the Buds 3 Pro feel modern and powerful thanks to their Galaxy AI driven features, but these persistent usability hiccups make the overall experience less seamless than it should be.

I am still learning the features but there are so many and im not use to my buds having so many features. They quickly sync up to all my galaxy devices and is good at easily switching between devices. The battery lasts quite awhile. I get a couple of days listening to podcasts at work so that's always nice to have. They fit comfortably in the ears and usually stay. One thing I didnt like about previous buds is that they would fall out all the time. I tried changing the sizes and never worked. Especially when id eat. They'd just pop out and I would have to go searching for them. But I dont have that problem with these. They stay in place and I love them. They also handle bass songs really well. I listen to edm fro. Time to time and the sound comes out smooth. The play/pause button is very easy to use but can be inconvenient when you adjust the bud in your ear because you usually press it. But I mean I feel like there is no way to avoid that. I've been really impressed with these buds and couldn't be happier with my purchase. Thanks samsung for another awesome product.

The active noise cancelling blocks out a lot of background noise and makes a big difference when I’m traveling, working, or watching videos. Sound quality is clear with good bass, and the battery life has been excellent during long listening sessions. I use them daily with my Galaxy S25 Ultra, Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra, and Galaxy Book5 Pro 360 for music, movies, and calls. I also use them when testing Galaxy AI features like voice commands and AI voice tools, and the microphones pick up my voice clearly which helps a lot. The only issue I’ve noticed is switching between my Samsung devices. Since they are all in the same ecosystem I expected the transition to be smoother. Sometimes the buds stay connected to my phone and won’t easily switch to my Book5 unless I turn off Bluetooth or reconnect manually. I’ve seen other users mention similar behavior with auto switch not always triggering. Overall though, the Buds3 Pro sound great, the ANC is strong, and battery life is very good. I use them every day and they work great for music, media, calls, and Galaxy AI voice features.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The earbuds work fine and the features are great, but they were uncomfortable. The silicone part that goes into your ears come in many different sizes for your ears, which is great, but the head of the earbuds felt too big. They would hurt my ears after a period of time. A problem I had was that I wasn't able to track my earbuds when I lost it. It doesn't show a live location of where they are. It only lets you track where you last used it, or you have to have at least one earbud out of the case.
