The sound quality is excellent. The comfort is an improvement on the Galaxy Pro2. However, the comfort is still not as good as an AirPod. If the comfort was better, I would easily give it a 5-star review. I like the noise cancellation, sound quality, seamless transition from Pro2 to Pro3 with the settings I had already saved on the Pro2. The features such as notifying me of received messages and reading them is also very good. My only complaint is the rigid angle of the plastic. It creates a sore on my ear if I don't get it set exactly right, which takes a lot more fiddling with it than I do with the AirPods. I prefer the feature of using a Samsung earbud with a Samsung phone so I am keeping them. With the Pro2, I had to stop using them because they hurt my ears too much.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have had the Galaxy buds for a year now, enjoying my experience with them. I take them with me on work trips flying around the US and the battery lasts for several flights before needing to recharge the case. Unfortunately, before the year ended, the left ear piece was defective and would cause a high pitched squeal into my ear. I filed a claim with Samsung and they sent me to a local repair shop and has the earbud replaced. Since it was under the 1 year mark, it was covered and the replacement was fast enough. The process was fast and easy. I have not combined the use with Galaxy AI yet. Overall, these are a major upgrade from the 2s, had long lasting battery life, sound quality is great and it fits my ears so much better.

Galaxy Buds3 Pro will be my best BACKUP buds. Jabra Active 75T will remain in first place. They stay in my ears and sound great. The Buds3 Pro might sound even better, but it's hard to tell because do not stay in my ears despite trying all three tips. Seriously disappointing.

First off, they sound great. I did have trouble removing the tips to change to a larger size. I don't think the ANC is as good as the previous ones. The sound is better though. The tips fold inside out when I remove them and I wonder how long they will last.

Excellent highs and lows. Thought I would not be happy with them when initially they fell out of my ears. I followed instructions and installed smaller ear tips that came with the Buds 3 and now they stay in place. Huge sound, feels like wearing studio over the ear headphones.

The buds are nice, but getting them to charge is horrendous. Something that is supposed to be so flawless and forgetful has become a task. I believe it's a design flaw in the buds, but it has become a big annoyance to double check or fidget with your buds and charging case and ensure that your buds are charging properly, or charging at all, if not, then you have to figure out why. The fit and everything else is great, but the charging pins for the buds needs improvement.

This amazing product is a 10 when you use it with android, I didn't probe it with another phone than my S22 but with mine works perfectly. The only problem is that the compatibility with windows is not good enough yet. I hope that the next version does. That's why I give it 4 and no 5. Just Multiplatform compatibility and switching.

These are extremely comfortable and fit well. They also fit snugly without feeling loose in the ear. Long battery life and great sound quality. Noise cancelling isn't the best on the market but still good enough to put any background noise in the background.

the sound quality and noise canceling features have improved since the buds2 pro, but the touch sensitivity is close to nonexistent and the fit seems to have gotten worse. I find myself using my 2s just as much as my 3s. if it wasn't for the discount of getting them with my upgraded phone, i would not have paid the price.
