Top of the line ANC, great transparency mode, and the voice controls are surprisingly useful (I use it daily). The sound is the best I've heard on earbuds right now, and the best on the market IMO. I haven't heard this before" when its actually just so much more in depth audio. Adaptive audio and Audio erasure features are amazing as well

I bought the buds3 pro the day they came out. I have owned and used every Samsung buds since the buds live. The noise canceling on these "pop" when using tools or around running equipment, like a weed eater or chainsaw. Now the buds will not easily charge in the case. Once I drop the buds in the case I have to twist, wiggle, and push in hopes they begin to charge. Two stars because these are the best fitting earbuds from samsung so far but everything is a huge step back.

I 'upgraded' from the Buds2 Pro to these, and I couldn't be more disappointed. Pro(s): 1) These have better sound quality overall Cons: 1) Left but doesn't charge ~50% of the time, started several weeks ago. Contacted support and they said to just clean them. Yeah, I never had the issue in the year I had the buds2 pro, so why now is it an issue? I now have to just open, remove, replace, and close the case several times to get the charging to start again. 2) ANC is worse than Buds2 Pro. Noticed this mowing the lawn. 3) Design- the tips don't fit well under earmuffs during cold weather (though the change from touch does stop random presses from being detected). Also they show scuffs and marks way more easily if they drop out of your ear. The LED on the side is just beyond useless. 4) Tips are terrible and will tear/do not remove easily to put new sizes on. I am a Samsung fan overall, but I am now looking at competitors in the headphone space & will go with them in future. Stop trying to be the the company I chose you over in the first place, or I will go elsewhere.
