[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have been completely in love with Samsung products since I first came into contact with them in high school. I was even more excited when I used its AI function when I first got the flagship Galaxy S23 Ultra. Then I attended the online press conference again. The design of the headphones attracted me this time. I also pre-ordered buds 3 pro immediately. When I received the goods, I can only describe it as super excited. The sound quality is good and the appearance is great. There are also new AI functions, which are really great.

Having owned the original buds, as well as Live and Pro, I was excited to get my hands on these. Strictly from the sound perspective, these are fantastic. Definitely an improvement over the previous generations. I liked them so much that I bought another pair just for my home office. If I was leaving this review 2-3 months ago, I would have easily given these 5 stars. That is however until I noticed a crack forming at the top of the right ear bud. Identical to what was described by a number of others. Knowing that these have never been dropped, I can only assume its an issue with material or design. However, based on Samsung's warranty disclaimer, this is considered "physical damage," and it not something they cover. Which is a shame because it puts a pretty significant damper on what is otherwise a great product.

I purchased my Samsung Buds Pro 3 at launch. So I have been using them for many months. I use my ear buds not just for working out but doing chores around the house. I love the Buds Pro 2 and was extremely excited for the predecessor. The only redeeming thing these Buds have to offer is their noise canceling. It's probably the best I'm the business! But the sound quality is the same as the Buds Pro 2. The biggest factor for me giving these a 1 star review is the fact that the right ear bud is never charged. I have to sit and adjust it for several minutes to make sure it is sitting perfectly in its slot within the case or else it stops charging. There have been so many times I've left the ear Buds in the case charging and I'll open the case to use my Buds and the Case will be at 100%, the left earbud will be at 100%, and the right ear bud will be at 45%. I have contacted support and they just tell me to take them some where that isn't close by to have them looked at. I wish I had returned them sooner. Also, they die really fast. You might be lucky to get 2 hours.

Best earbuds I ever own... that's pretty much it. But if I had to give you the reason why... well, it comes down to the features that I enjoy using. I like the voice controls on it... being to control the volume with my voice is a pretty cool experience, then comes the lightning effects. I tend to use my earbuds at night and in the dark room when I can't find locate them... the lights helps. But let me go ahead and acknowledge... I'm a fan of the previous design, the Buds 2 Pro were comfortable to place in my ear and were more secure. However, I had to weigh the features of the Buds 3 Pro over the Buds 2 Pro... and having a good trade in value helps with that decision. So, if you are on the fence... go for it. It's the best buds on the market.

I still wanted to buy the 3 to see and it was a very good choice. The sound quality and noise reduction are simply wonderful especially in very noisy places. Even if I don't usually pay so much attention to design, I'm really in love with them. The first pro buds tended to hurt me a little after several hours but these aren't a all which is an excellent things since I wear them almost more than 12 hours a day. Surely thanks to their design and autonomy (which is also excellent). I don't think I have any negative points to say about them. Thanks.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The pro3 was a gamble for me since I normally buy wired headphones. Some requiring external amp/dac to power. However, I immediately started to love these especially when I use them in passthrough. I can hear my wife and kid when I need too. They basically disappear when I turn on passthrough. Active noise cancelling is also amazing and the amount of noise it sucks out of a room are amazing for their size. My major gripes with them are the tips they come with. I had to get third party foam ear tips because of they love to slip out of my head. Along with battery life I feel like they could have done better. I don't plug them in every night and sometimes when I go to use them the case is dead and buds are basically in the red.

These Galaxy Buds were meant to be an upgrade from my current Buds FE edition. Short story, I will probably returning them. The controls are so weird that I rather use my phone or watch to do adjustments than squeeze or twist my hand uncomfortably. The sound cancelling is not great as they seem adamant to go into ambient mode even when it is completely turned off. Oh well...
