[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] First we'll start with comfort. I previously had the galaxy buds 2, and I love to bean shape. It fit perfectly in my ears and I never had to worry about it falling out. However, with this new model that has not been the experience. They fit okay, but when I smile or laugh, they have a tendency to fall out. Which is odd?Because when I go to pull them out, the silicon tip turns inside out and wants to stay in my ear. As far as sound goes, these headphones sound amazing. Plus they give you plenty of customization features.If you want to tweak the sound a little bit. I've used them a little bit for movies, audiobooks and video games. All three have sounded great. The Galaxy AI feature is a nice to have, but I don't find myself using it that often, and it is too easy to prompt bixby. Also, these have an ai translate feature.However, galaxy phone is not currently supported, and so I haven't been able to test that out. There is an issue with the with whistling whenever any object gets too close. Overall I am still happy with my purchase.

I really like the new touch and click features, and being able to voice command volume and music controls is amazing and works perfectly. The noise canceling is unsurpassed. I was happy with the buds 2 pro that I had but these are a step above.

The stem controls are particularly intuitive, allowing for easy adjustment of volume, pausing, and track skipping without any significant challenges.

They are comfortable and elegant not just that but they are sophisticated as well. Galaxy AI being introduced to the buds is so amazing. I work around a lot of loud noises and when I put my earbuds on I can hear my coworkers clearly and cancel out the noise from the machinery the amount of settings options that you get for the buds is vast and gives you the opportunity to adjust the buds to your needs and wants. Galaxy AI thank you for protecting my hearing while enjoying the best sound quality ever! The product is 10/10 recommended to everyone. Specially if you want something comfortable for long periods of time and be able to protect you hearing. #SamsungDidItAgain

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have to say that I'm extremely impressed by the Galaxy AI sound recognition for vocal ambient sound allowance. They recognize only my voice in response and allow outside noise in when I want it, then if I stop speaking, it goes right back to the way it was before. Seamless, low friction operations, especially compared to the way I used to do things with buttons and whatnot. Thanks!

These are basically a downgrade from the buds 2 pro in every way except sound quality. Pros: Sound quality. EQ customization. Buds don't fall out of the case if it flips open. The press instead of touch allows muffs to be worn over these buds (partial pro due to stems complicating that). Cons: Seem less durable. Dropped left bud only once, and it's already marked up. Dropped the buds 2 pro in the same spot and multiple others and no marks. Stems make muffs harder to wear. LEDs are a pointless gimmick. Noise canceling is noticeably worse. Changing the tips is virtually impossible without ruining them. For some reason, after like 15min of use in a dry sauna, the left bud beeps and when putting them back in the case it blinks red like it's almost dead, but checking the app they are still basically full. For some reason they smell after only a couple uses. I never had any issues with that on my buds 2 pro after over a year of almost daily use at the gym and in the dry sauna. If you've got buds 2 pro, stick with em. The sound quality improvement just isn't worth it.

I recent purchased these headphones and finally got to use them at the gym. Once I was done I put them in the case and received a notification saying the charge has stopped because of moisture or a foreign object. So I take them out and wipe them clean and kept getting that notification. I then sat then out for about 10 minutes and let them air dry, still same issue. It wasn't drenched in sweat but apparently, a droplet of water will keep them from charging. So, good luck if you plan on using them while working out. Or learn how to control your pores.

However, my journey to audio bliss was a bit… asymmetrical. Let's start with the positives: the sound quality is genuinely impressive. Rich bass, clear mids, and crisp highs – these buds handle a variety of genres with aplomb. The noise cancellation is also top-notch, effectively silencing the outside world and allowing me to fully immerse myself in my music or podcasts. The touch controls are responsive and customizable, a welcome upgrade from previous generations. But then came the challenge: achieving a perfect fit. Like many people, my ears aren't identical twins. One ear canal is slightly larger than the other, which meant the standard medium tips just weren't cutting it. One ear felt secure, the other felt loose and prone to slippage. Thankfully, Samsung includes 3 sets of tip sizes. After some experimentation, I found my solution: a Large tip for my right ear and a Medium tip for my left. It might look a little odd putting them in, but the difference in comfort and stability was night and day. Finally, I had a secure, noise-isolating fit in both ears, allowing me to fully appreciate the sound quality.
