Ensure you use a Samsung-approved charger, check for damage, and make sure the earbuds and case are free of debris. Align the earbuds properly in the case, and if using wireless charging, position the case correctly on the pad. Inspect the indicator lights and clean the charging contacts. Samsung products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. You also have the option to purchase additional coverage with Samsung Care+ for eligible devices, which provides extended protection and extra support.
