The interface for the EQ is fairly basic and doesn't allow you to truly control the best song for the right person individual. When changing the ear tips it can be a little difficult because seems like you might break them. With my bud 2's never had a problem with them shift, moving, or having problems sealing properly for the noise canceling. My biggest complaint would be the pinch controls vs a tap control that previous versions had and made it super easy to use.
