I owned the buds 2 pro and i chose to upgrade to the buds 3 after seeing their pre-launch. I loved the noise canceling, clarity, and surround sound that these buds provide. I remember the first day i used them, the first thought i had was thinking how it genuinely sounded like i was in the room where the music was coming from. The quality is beyond impressive when it comes to sound but with that said, ive noticed my buds are starting to get little cracks on the edges, which is the first time to happen with any premium earbuds and is concerning to say the least. Overall though, by far the best earbuds ive ever had.

Unfortunately, that competitor company has decided to get out of the earbud business and couldn't even provide repair service. I researched different earbud offerings and after seeing great reports on a particular model I chose Samsung and their Buds 3 Pro model. I'm so glad I did! I not only wear them for calls and music, but with great noise reduction I also wear them in loud environments, like in arenas amd similar venues, where knocking down the decibels makes the event that much more enjoyable.

You sound like you are underwater on phone calls. When I called support, they did absolutely nothing except tell me to reset them. Well, resetting them did absolutely nothing. Very disappointed with them and now they dont even work properly. I went and bought a pair of Bose, and they work perfect. My phone is Samsung, my TV is Samsung, my tablet is Samsung, but I don't think I will ever try the earbuds again. Samsung, do better and you might change my mind.

I can easily connect them to my phone or my laptop, which is also a Samsung! I love that I can wear them under my helmet when I ride my Harley and that I can hear them over the sound of the bike!
