First set of earbuds I actually use
I've never liked ear buds. I've found them uncomfortable and the audio quality is always lacking. I'm not ready to give up my over the ear cans yet, but these are actually usable for both calls and listening to podcasts or even music. I won't ever confuse them for real headphones and I never forget I'm wearing them, but will often opt to wear these to keep my ears cooler and if I have them in and need some music I might actually keep them in. That's high praise from me.

New bud3 pro - challenges
I am not impressed with feature and quality. I was using Jabra 75t which had automatically switched capability. Even within Samsung product I find it complex to switch manually. These Samsung products needs to be all connected - i am not impressed at all. Download its app from Galaxy is another story .

You can also use the Galaxy Wearable app for manual switching if needed. However, please note that this feature is exclusive to Samsung devices and is not supported on iOS devices. Surprisingly good sound. Great bass and volume. They get a little muddy at times, but overall very nice. The stem controls work very well and the active noise cancellation/ambient modes are top notch. My only complaint is there isn't a "Hey Google" voice command option. The other voice commands are great, but it would be nice to use Google without touching the buds.

Love them so much
I love the new design. I listen to a lot of audiobooks and these stay in my ears when im laying on the side of my face. Compared to the previous Buds Pro design they seems to stay in during workouts and not hurt my ears if ive had them in for a while. The battery life is also great.

Do not buy until they fix them
They connect to bluetooth when not in use. I'm talking they are inside your pocket in the case they will connect and boot off other bluetooth devices. I've had them in my center console of my vehicle undisturbed and they will randomly connect overriding the bluetooth in my car. Incredibly frustrating user experience. They are brand new and thus they are clean. They also have the latest firmware update. After further research I found other users with same experience. If you can see past this glaring issue, they are decent headphones in terms of anc and other features, but lack security in terms of falling out of your ears (at least for me).

Mixed experience, but a good experience overall!
These earphones were my second Galaxy earphones, and they really make a good difference. With the new AI features, the best thing is the audio quality and the many options in the Galaxy ecosystem with the phone... It makes things much better. It's been a mixed experience with these, since it's a great product and it does everything well. My only big problem is that after a few months (2-5), they started having issues with the earbuds. One of them just didn't charge. The worst thing was that I only realized this when I started using them, and one of them showed only under 20% while the other was fully charged. That's really annoying, because when I needed them, I couldn't use them because I had to put them to charge. I would like to see a new 4 series soon, and I would like to have a way to see the case battery of the earbuds without them being inside the case and without the case being open. With this and the mentioned problem fixed and working properly, it will be an even better experience. But in terms of audio quality, they're simply great.
