Sound quality and background noise cancelling is excellent. When talking on the phone I've had a couple people tell me it was hard to hear me but not everyone. I was hoping to utilize these at the office but although they have the ability connect to multiple devices it really only applies to multiple Samsung devices for them to automatically switch between devices. Unfortunately this makes it difficult to utilize for work when I listen to music from my phone but take work calls/meetings my non samsung computer. I have not found a workaround.

The buds 3 pros have so many features and the lights add a safety if your out at night,the neck stretch feature that can be turned on to remind you to stretch is also a plus,the sound great and they block out noise that takes you away from things you'd rather not listen to.

I like the way they fit in the case, and I appreciate that the case can charge them. There is not really anything I do not like about them. I use everything Samsung and prefer the brand 100% over any other; I have an S24 ultra phone, soundbar, air purifier, stove, and five Samsung TVs. When choosing, they might cost a little bit more, but if I were you, I would go for it. You will be happy you did! Quality is important.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Samsung earbud pro 3 because I had previously used some other name brand earbuds that were okay but just not what I was looking for I have smaller ears so typically it's really hard for me to use any of the earbuds that do not have a soft ear tip. The Samsung pro 3 came with three ear tips and the smallest one actually work for me. The noise cancellation on this phone is awesome! I can get in the shower with these on and no one ever knows I can move around and do household projects and no one can hear my background noise. I'm so impressed I bought a second pair.

Minor complaints, is sometimes the come loose in my ear for seemingly no reason. When I swipe the volume. I almost always need to readjust the buds. Other than that, fantastic. Sound, build quality, battery life have all been fantastic.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I chose the Galaxy buds pro 3 headphones to add any and all segments I could use in my 2024 quest to join in and enjoy the complete Samsung ecosystem. They did not disappoint. Right out of the box I was able to sift through all the features and fine tune it to my own personal preferences. Audio quality really pumped bass and and good highs while enjoying my favorite anime. The ANC was something to get used to. Not having the correct ear tips might have been a huge factor in isolating noise away from the ear, though. Calls came in fluid and clear. There was no trouble in understanding what the other person was saying, even in high traffic areas. Taking videos was especially convenient thanks to the audio monitoring from the side. I can always make sure my subjects are being captured properly without having to wait to edit. They have been a powerhouse, in everyday living at home, and being constantly on the move during work hours. The noise recognition and pass through make it a dream to be able to quickly transition from concentrating on any given mission during my gaming sessions to quickly answering any questions someone may have off-handed. They stick inside your ears comfortably and give very little way even during high intensity workouts. Half the time I hardly even remember wearing them in the first place. Not until the notifications quickly and actively notify me to any calls or notifications I happen to need when not near my phone.

I chose the Buds 3 pro after hearing all the the reviews for better noise canceling. They have live up to the hype and then some. The finicky tubing problems I was having had to do with tinny sound when wearing one ear bud to listen to my audio books abs watching videos. After watching some YouTube "university" videos how to keep the sound They were even better. Can't wait till I can get the bud 4 pro for all the spatial sound profiles when paired with my Galaxy S24 Ultra.
